Toledo

The 28th – we headed to the medieval village of Toledo. Spain not Ohio but there is a calle de Ohio there! I am just going to post a lot of pictures because it was so amazing. The first day we went to the Iglesia de los Jesuitas and got a great view of the whole city: We also went to the Catedral de Toledo – what seemed to be a theme is that everything is designed to have you look UP!

 

We bundled up and found the night life Plaza Zoco

The last day of our tour we walked cross town for the view of the river which runs along 3 sides of Toledo – NO WONDER – it was such a secure city in the 15th century.

We also toured the Church of San Juan de los Reyes and conventI think it was the most elegant...although they were smaller then
